Connecting Tehama County Through Reliable Public Transportation
TakeTRAX provides safe, reliable, and accessible public transportation services throughout Tehama County. Through fixed-route TRAX services and specialized transportation programs, we help connect residents to employment, education, healthcare, shopping, community resources, and everyday destinations.
Serving communities including Red Bluff, Corning, Tehama, Los Molinos, Gerber, and surrounding areas, TakeTRAX is committed to improving mobility and enhancing quality of life for residents throughout the region.
Policy and funding for TRAX and ParaTRAX services are guided by the Tehama County Transit Agency Board (TCTAB), which is comprised of elected representatives from the Tehama County Board of Supervisors and the City Councils of Red Bluff, Corning, and Tehama. The Tehama County Public Works Department oversees transit operations under the direction of the Board and administers service agreements with transit operators to ensure reliable transportation for the communities we serve.
Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible, and dependable transportation solutions that keep Tehama County connected while supporting the needs of riders of all ages and abilities.
